"We found Dan on a Facebook group after several failed attempts of getting a contractor to come in and give us a quote for our basement leak. We called Dan and he fit us in the same week for a quote. Right from the beginning we got a great feeling about his work ethic as he was very thorough and professional. He made notes of everything that needed work and this is without even knowing whether we would hire him. Needless to say we did. He was able to accommodate us in between his busy schedule and then ultimately added us to his calendar. We started working with him in May and we are still having him work on other house projects. His level of work is next level. Very thorough, very very clean and mindful. I have young kids with allergies so he always ensures he has swept up the dust after work or added a plastic barrier between the work area and the house so to not cause more work for us. I will add he is also very patient because my husband and I have changed things on him constantly and he never gets annoyed about it. He will get it done.
